Assistant Product Manager - IDF House Brands, Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

The individual will work with the Product Manager and support them in their daily tasks and responsibilities. Assistants draft correspondences, produce various reports, respond to inquiries, compile promotional material, and perform other related duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Management, follow-up and classification of the various files and projects
  • Data entry and production
  • Compile and produce sales, inventory and distribution reports
  • Perform preliminary analysis of brand performance (sales results, costs, profitability, etc.)
  • Create presentations on different products for the sales force
  • Prepare communications related to product launches, price changes, promotions, etc.
  • Inventory management of products and promotional materials
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for business reviews
  • Track and update sales forecasts
  • Compile and send monthly debit memos to suppliers
  • Track and place orders for displays, inventory levels, execution of marketing plans
  • Keep promotional calendars up to date
  • Monitor and compile competitive information
  • Attend the preparation and conduct of marketing events
  • Ensure the control and distribution of samples
  • Translate various types of documents
  • Ensure clear and concise communication both with suppliers and internally
  • Work together with the sales department all departments
  • Manage consumer requests
  • Monitor the social media of the different brands
  • Perform other tasks as required by the portfolio

      QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

      • College degree (DEC)and /or BAC in Administration or relevant experience of at least 5 years
      • French-English bilingualism, both written and spoken
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
      • Knowledge of working in an SAP environment is an asset
      • Knowledge of visual software is an asset

        WORKING CONDITIONS

        The regular work week is 37.5 hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid schedule. Work that can be done under pressure during peak periods and may require flexibility on occasion.
